This role works to ensure the overall mission of aligning business objectives with Employees and Leaders in designated departments are successful. People issues such as retention and morale and recommending solutions in partnerships with People Department Centers of Excellence</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the business strategy by helping business functional areas to identify, prioritize, and build Employee centered capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in alignment with business goals</p></li><li><p>Serve as a strategic Business Advisor to the Executive/Senior Management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues</p></li><li><p>Serve as an advisor by appropriately challenging Leaders, while maintaining strong business partnership and relationships with assigned Departments, Executives, and Leaders applying a high degree of confidence</p></li><li><p>Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives</p></li><li><p>Manage, coach, and provide subject matter expertise to Team to ensure they are equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship to the Team to ensure continual professional growth</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain partnerships with Senior decision makers within assigned Department through the development of in-depth knowledge of the business, both strategically and operationally</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance and input on department restructuring and succession planning in partnership with the Organizational Development COE</p></li><li><p>May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's
