Management Analyst (Part-time) (4772)at SMX(View all jobs) ( United States SMX is looking for a highly motived Project Analyst to join our team to provide support to the Project Management Office. You will join a team of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals. • This is a part-time (less than 24 hours/week) role.* Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Support PMs in all facets, to include technical work and administrative management + Project Plan and Work Assignment development alongside the PM + Ensure all documentation for subcontractors are in place and draft/implement/track as required + RIP and TAR submissions, tracking, and communications to employees and subcontractors as required + Coordination of monthly status reporting and other contract deliverables + Work alongside the PM and customer + Communicate effectively with Financial Analysts on actions + Schedule and risk management as required + Resource planning and Work Authorization Form implementations + OT/EWW QA and submission + Working and tracking SSJs on procurements of PM + Track contract compliance for training, CAC renewals, personnel rosters, and other items requested. + Assist with coordinating onboarding of new employees + Create and maintain program specific SOPs as required Required Skills & Experience + Clearance Required: Secret + Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or other technical related fields + An additional 6 years of experience can be substituted for a degree + 3+ years of project support + Excellent written/verbal communication skills + Proficient in MS Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint + Familiarity with reviewing and editing technical documentation + Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priority levels in support of the Project Managers + Be able to cultivate and maintain professional relationships inside and outside the PMO + Excellent data management, problem solving, and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently Desired Skills & Experience + Experience with advanced Excel functions and Power BI + Project management certification or training (i.e. CAPM) Application Deadline: 10/27/2025 #cjpost #LI-REMOTE The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
