The Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program. Talent Requirements:<ul><li>Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of direct successful experience in a Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager capacity with at least three (3) years at the Maintenance Manager level managing a transit property/operation.</li><li>Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).<span style="margin: 0px;
