About the role As our Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our Relationship Managers to fulfil the unique requests of our members and guests. While your primary focus will be on the execution and accurate documentation of booking requests, you will also research rare luxury items and exceptional experiences that delight our members. As you will represent TENco with high-profile clients, we expect excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation that reflects discretion and the standards of a luxury environment. Our office is based in the beautiful city of Geneva, but our team is spread all over the world. This role is full time and fully remote, as a contractor based in India. Responsibilities Booking & Client Requests Research and compare offers to secure the best options and value for our members. Arrange and confirm booking requests, both for members and walk-in clients. Handle booking changes and respond to special inquiries with efficiency and care. Communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify details and confirm arrangements. Research & Opportunities Identify and research unique offers, products, and experiences that are relevant to our members. Support Relationship Managers by scouting exclusive opportunities and rare luxury items. Client Account Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database. Document all client requests and interactions to ensure full traceability. Support client invoicing and follow up on payments when necessary. Partner & Event Coordination Liaise with providers and partners to guarantee smooth execution of client requests. Assist with the organization of bespoke events and the coordination of important deliveries. Your Profile Education: a degree in business administration, Tourism, or a related field. Languages: Fluent English. Experience: Background in the luxury industry or service-oriented industries. Previous client-facing experience is a strong advantage. Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced workplace. Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and genuinely customer-oriented – you care about delivering the best to our members.
