Summary

As Innkeeper at Los Willows, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of hospitality and supporting our team in creating memorable moments for our clients. Private newly furnished accommodations are provided including utilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations of the Villa and Wedding Venue to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
  • Support event coordination for weddings and other gatherings held at the venue.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and guest rooms. including outdoor patios
  • Provide basic handyman services as needed
  • Shuttle guests from private parking area to Villa as needed.
  • Handle tours of the Villa as needed.
  • Prepare provided breakfast and light snacks as needed
  • Provide information about local attractions and amenities to guests as needed.
  • Assist in managing inventory for supplies related to hospitality services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.
  • Drivers License with clean record to drive company vehicles
  • A passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences.
