About the Role

We are seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist to support a bright and motivated Client with learning disabilities and a history of head injury. The ideal candidate is female, lighthearted, and brings joy, patience, and positivity to every interaction. This role focuses on personal growth, daily life skills, and engagement in fun activities—both at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and encourage participation in daily activities and hobbies
  • Teach and assist with life skills such as laundry and light cooking (simple meals and snacks)
  • Plan and accompany the client on enriching community outings and events
  • Encourage social interaction and active participation in daily life
  • Work closely with the family (mom, dad, and sister) to support care goals
  • Promote independence, confidence, and a positive sense of self
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Female caregiver with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or head injuries
  • A fun, upbeat, and compassionate personality
  • Reliable, respectful, and emotionally attuned to others’ needs
  • Ability to create engaging, nurturing, and inclusive environments
  • Must be comfortable with travel to community activities
  • Must be nonsmoking Preferred
