Junior Affiliate Manager (Lead Generation Network)

Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employee

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)

About Us

We are a growing lead generation network and aggregator working across multiple verticals including

insurance, finance, home services, legal, and other high-converting offers. We connect high-quality

affiliates and traffic sources with trusted lead buyers, focusing on performance, transparency, and

scalable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, publishers, and traffic sources
  • Build relationships with affiliates generating traffic across multiple channels
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry platforms
  • Assist with onboarding affiliates and launching campaigns
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to increase volume and performance
  • Research and identify new lead buyers and advertisers
  • Assist with campaign setup and lead delivery requirements
  • Maintain records of buyers, pricing, and vertical opportunities
  • Support email outreach campaigns using platforms such as Amazon SES or SendGrid
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and bounce rates
  • Track affiliate and buyer onboarding progress
  • Maintain organized CRM and internal tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to conduct professional outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work 10 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Must be a United States citizen and legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or digital partnerships
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Tune, Everflow, Cake, Trackier, LeadProsper, or similar
  • Experience using Amazon SES, SendGrid, or email outreach infrastructure
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and outreach campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant

experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or digital partnership management may be

considered in lieu of formal education.

Compensation

Starting Salary: $50,000 per year. Employees may be eligible for yearly raises based on overall

company performance and individual contributions.

Confidentiality and NDA Requirement

Due to the nature of affiliate relationships, buyer pricing, and internal lead generation infrastructure, all

selected candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before gaining

access to company systems, data, and partner information.
