Job Type: Independent Contractor | Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000+ per year | 100% Commission | Uncapped

We are expanding our network of financial advisors across Canada and are seeking motivated professionals interested in building a long-term career in financial services.

This opportunity is ideal for licensed life insurance advisors (LLQP) who want greater flexibility, strong compensation potential, and the ability to build their own client relationships.

Advisors work independently while receiving support, training, and access to a broad range of insurance and financial products.

Important: This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential.

Licensed advisors currently working with another MGA or insurance organization who are exploring a better platform are welcome to apply confidentially.

What You Will Do:

  • Conducting virtual client consultations to assess protection and financial planning needs
  • Designing and presenting tailored insurance solutions across a full carrier portfolio
  • Managing your client relationships and case files through our CRM platform
  • Growing your book of business at your own pace with full support infrastructure behind you
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We Are Looking For

  • Valid Life Insurance License (LLQP) strongly preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is an asset
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-based environment. You do not need to be managed daily
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a long-term advisory practice.

Candidates who do not yet hold a license but are highly motivated to complete the LLQP licensing process may also be considered.

Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
