About the Role We're looking for two talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer support. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing 7-day-a-week coverage, working closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively. Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless customer support. Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, working out a schedule that suits your needs and preferences. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications: * Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. * Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your work and managing your own time. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer support or a related field. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Certification in customer support or a related field. * Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
