As an IT systems analyst senior or lead on our Commercial Lines Business Owner Policy (BOP) team, you'll help grow play a key role in growing our BOP footprint by developing and maintaining features. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams to translate business requests into functional and technical requirements, while influencing the delivery approach. You’ll create moderately complex artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams to support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements. Additionally, you’ll help identify, investigate, and resolve business and technical challenges in the designs.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.

Preferred skills
  • Experience with gathering IT requirements for a policy lifecycle (i.e., Quoting/Servicing a policy), billing, and/or payments.).
  • Ability to work in Azure Dev Ops (AzDO) and in an Agile/Scrum team environment, environment, and collaborate with developers on technical features.
  • Experience presenting/working with Senior IT Leaders, Business Partners, other Platforms, and vendors.
  • Experience with relational databases and any experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Knowledge of API development or delivery, enterprise security standards, and Splunk and/or AppDynamics.

Compensation
  • $107,550-$131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
