Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Support Trainees to join our growing team in Delhi. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in IT support. As an IT Support Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices.

  • Assist in system installations, configurations, updates, and routine maintenance.

  • Log incidents and service requests accurately and track them to resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved technical problems to higher-level support staff.

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and document support activities.

  • Support the IT team in setting up new systems and maintaining user accounts.

  • Learn company systems and tools to provide efficient support and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and MS Office applications.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, IP addresses, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: Monday to Saturday

  • Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
