Job Description

  • Utilize optimal technologies to implement various functions, including existing and new features of the "JoyHer" app.
  • Develop while closely communicating with designers based on screen transitions, considering feasibility.
  • Perform troubleshooting calmly and promptly address and resolve any bugs that occur.
  • A strong willingness to learn new technologies and a spirit of challenge is essential.

 

Requirements

  • Alignment with YStory's mission and vision.
  • Experience in developing and operating consumer-facing apps, or experience in technical selection and codebase improvement, current or past affiliation with web, tech, or startup companies.
  • Mobile: Experience with iOS development using Swift and Android development using Kotlin.
  • Mobile:If you could only use swift or Kotlin but want to learn new language, we also welcome you to join us.
  • Data Platform: Experience with development using Firebase.
  • Ability to design and develop with consideration for performance and scalability.
  • Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and execute product development.
  • Japanese or English in communication level.
  • Ability to review design documents from tools such as Figma and Canva.
  • (Preferred) Experience in project management or as a team leader.

 

Work Conditions

  • Employment type (permanent employee, contractor, intern, etc.): Permanent employee, side jobs allowed.
  • Work location: Remote work allowed, with the ability to come to the Roppongi Hills ANRI CIRCLE Office once a month.
  • Working hours: Flexible working hours (no core time, no flexible time).

 

Salary

  • Monthly salary (including fixed overtime pay).
  • Determined based on skills, experience, and abilities.
  • Probation period: 6 months after joining (salary same as permanent employment during this period).
