You’ll act as the single technical point of contact, building strong relationships with customers and working closely with teams across Vodafone to resolve issues, improve performance and deliver an outstanding service experience.</p><p> </p><p>You’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day technical health of customer solutions, managing incidents, overseeing service levels and driving continuous improvement plans from idea through to completion. You’ll translate complex technical topics into clear, meaningful conversations for customers, while also representing their needs internally and coordinating the right experts to deliver solutions.</p><p> </p><p>Alongside this, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of customer solutions — supporting account teams during renewals and pre‑sales conversations, identifying opportunities to enhance services, and ensuring contractual commitments are met. You’ll keep customer documentation accurate and up to date, capture lessons learned, and help strengthen Vodafone’s Global IoT support capability for the long term.</p><p> </p></div></div></div><div><div><h2><b>Who you are</b></h2> </div><div><p> </p><div><p>We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with relationship‑building, and who thrives in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.
