We are a growing insurance agency seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is not a call-center role and not commission-only. It is a structured sales position with real support, real clients, and real earning potential.

  • Total Earning Potential: $60,000–$80,000+
  • Base Salary: $30,000–$35,000

What You’ll Do

  • Handle warm inbound lead calls from prospective clients
  • Conduct structured outbound outreach, including cross-selling existing clients, winback calls to prior policyholders, and re-quoting previously unsold leads
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations
  • Present insurance coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Close new policies and identify additional coverage opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Build strong client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and consistently work toward individual performance expectations

Licensing Requirement

  • Minimum Requirement: Active Personal Lines Insurance Producer License (must be verified prior to starting employment)
  • Property & Casualty License: A plus, not required
  • Life & Health License: Not required

Hiring Incentives — Signing Bonus Opportunity (Eligibility, timing, and amounts are determined based on role requirements and performance expectations)

  • Available to qualified candidates.
  • Prior experience Allstate experience is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Paid after successful completion of the probationary period.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Personal Lines Insurance Producer License (verified prior to start)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with both inbound and structured outbound calls
  • Coachable, accountable, and results-driven
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)
  • Prior Allstate Insurance experience (a plus, not required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
