We are Hiring!


We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, self-driven Insurance Producers for 4 separate positions. Each role offers flexible scheduling, strong commission potential, and an attractive bonus structure. Sales experience is preferred for some roles, and licensing support and training is available for qualified candidates who are not yet licensed.


Open Positions


1. Remote Licensed Insurance Producer


Active Insurance license required in Life or Property and Casualty

Sales-focused and self-motivated


2. Licensed Insurance Producer


Full-Time or Part-Time (Sales Experience Preferred)


3. Insurance Producer


Fluent in Spanish and English

Licensed or willing to get licensed


4. Insurance Producer


Fluent in Mandarin

Must read and write Chinese

Licensed or willing to get licensed

Requirements

Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Sales mindset with the ability to build rapport and close business


Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently


Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, email, and quoting platforms


Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals


Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach


Willingness to participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development


Licensing Requirements (varies by role):


Active Life or Property & Casualty insurance license required for licensed positions


For unlicensed candidates: willingness to obtain insurance license (training and support provided)


Language-Specific Requirements:


Spanish/English bilingual fluency required for Spanish-speaking role


Mandarin fluency required; must be able to read and write Chinese for Mandarin-speaking role


Remote Position Requirements:

Most Remote positions are commissions only


Reliable internet connection


Ability to work independently in a remote environment


Dedicated workspace preferred

Prospect, develop, and maintain new client relationships


Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (Life, Auto, Home, Business, etc.)


Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and benefits


Generate quotes, present proposals, and close new business


Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client value


Maintain accurate client records and documentation


Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention


Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics


Comply with all state insurance regulations and company guidelines


Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
