Responsibilities: Level I user support and troubleshooting Maintaining user access, credentials, permissions and changes Introductory EHR and Reports user training Developing and maintaining user guides Ongoing user security and confidentiality audits Collaborating on EHR projects and providing access as applicable Pulling electronic records as requested for external audits, regulatory compliance and accreditation Maintain a working knowledge of EHR admin guides and participate in training offered by EHR Maintain EHR security and confidentiality in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA standards Updating data fields for new or changing requirements and special projects Checking and confirming proper data migration as applicable Ongoing monitoring of user compliance for reportable and billable field requirements Ongoing monitoring of user compliance with uploading requirements Providing timely reports and follow-up training to ensure that requirements are met Maintaining and updating existing reports or dashboards for new cycles or programs Collaborating data projects and providing access as applicable Maintain data integrity, privacy, and accessibility in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA Potential for more advanced level duties based on skill level and proficiency Serve as back-up when supervisor is out of office Travel to New Hope locations for on-site support as assigned Serve on committees, project teams, or additional duties as assigned Leadership Expectations Encourage EHR users and praise successes to improve utilization and maximize the benefits of EHR system. Education/Experience Degree Fields: Health Informatics, Healthcare IT, Data Analytics or related curriculum Bachelor's with 6 months of work/internship experience in EHR implementation, administration, user support/training, analytics, business intelligence or informatics Associates with 1 year of work/internship experience in EHR implementation, administration, user support/training, analytics, business intelligence and/or informatics Degree Fields: Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related curriculum Bachelor's with 1 year of work experience in EHR implementation, administration, user support/training, analytics, business intelligence and/or informatics Associate’s degree with 2 years of work experience in EHR implementation, administration, user support/training, analytics, business intelligence and/or informatics High School Diploma or degree in unrelated fields: Requires 3 years of work experience in EHR implementation, administration, user support/training, analytics, business intelligence and/or informatics Apply tot his job
