Notre maison de repos et de soins familiale, idéalement située à Wavre, à proximité de la sortie d'autoroute dans un magnifique cadre boisé, recherche un(e) infirmier(e) passionné(e) et dévoué(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de la prise en charge globale de nos résidents, en veillant à leur bien-être physique et psychologique.

Missions principales :

  • Évaluer les besoins de santé des résidents et établir des plans de soins adaptés.
  • Administrer les traitements médicaux prescrits et surveiller l’évolution de l’état de santé des résidents.
  • Assurer un accompagnement attentif et bienveillant des résidents dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire pour garantir le meilleur suivi possible.
  • Éduquer les résidents et leurs familles sur les soins de santé et le bien-être.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des protocoles de soins.

Qualités requises :

  • Diplôme d’infirmier(e) légalisé(e) en Belgique.
  • Empathie, patience et sens de l’écoute.
  • Capacités organisationnelles et esprit d’équipe.
  • Capacité à gérer des situations d’urgence et à travailler en autonomie.
  • Connaissances en soins palliatifs et gériatriques seraient un atout.
