  • Comfort working independently, but open to collaboration
  • Someone who is warm, grounded, and dependable

  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and support their mental well-being.

  • Setting: 100% virtual, HIPAA-compliant video platform
  • Schedule: Flexible, after school/evening hours required (you choose your availability within reason)

  • Pay: $45 -50 per clinical session

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Empathy, patience, and active listening skills are essential for effective therapy sessions.
  • Experience in working with adolescents and young adults preferred.

This is a small, local practice with big heart. I’m building something sustainable, relational, and clinically solid — and I’m excited to welcome someone who wants to grow with me. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to care deeply and show up consistently. I’ll do the same.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
