<p><strong>Golden Goose</strong> is looking for a passionate and customer-focused <strong>In-Store Artist</strong> who will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store and on the 'Sneaker Maker Tour,' you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products, and storytelling.</p><p><br></p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.</li><li>Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.</li><li>Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.</li><li>Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.</li><li>Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.</li><li>Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.</li><li>Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.</li><li>Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.</li><li>Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.</li><li>Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail</li><li>An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)</li><li>Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques</li><li>Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong team player</li><li>Other languages a plus!</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Place of Work: </em>Miami Dadeland Mall</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>*This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described and may be amended at a time at the sole discretion of the Employer</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>Fostering uniqueness, in Golden Goose, human capital is a true asset, and Diversity & Inclusion have always been essential to our culture.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>Golden Goose is an inclusive employer enabling each one to better express their authentic self, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability or age.</em></p>
