As such, we are one of the best and brightest medical solutions companies for whom to work.This is a Remote Position located in the USA for our company headquartered in Newton MARESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li style="line-height:1.38;">Works within the Technical Support Services team to deploy and support products effectively, in a timely and collaborative manner. </li><li style="line-height:1.38;">Uses their broad support and Healthcare IT expertise and experience to lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service as perceived by our customers.</li><li style="line-height:1.38;">Works closely with their team and with Services Leaders, Projct Managers, Product Managers, Product Development and Sales teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers to improve patient care.</li><li style="line-height:1.38;">Work closely with the Solution Architects and Product Management to conduct technology, architecture, stakeholder assessments using common methodologies and processes. </li><li style="line-height:1.38;">Uses rigor and attention to detail to meet our quality objectives.</li></ul>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Bachelor’s degree or college diploma, preferable in Computer Science, or equivalent experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Healthcare Integration knowledge is a must (HL7, DICOM, IHE)</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">5+ years of experience in customer support</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Willingness and ability to learn new technologies</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Strong aptitude for solving problems independently and as a team</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Shell scripts under bash or Ruby/Perl scripts</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">HTML, XML, PHP, and SQL</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Experience with administration of standard service such as: IIS,Directory Server, NTP, NFS or OpenSSL</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Good Knowledge of MS SQL DB management, Query and Administration.</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Wide range of IT technical skills (Windows Server, Windows client, VMWare, Storage, Networking, Oracle, Backup Systems, etc.)</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Network administration: IPv4 networks, NAT, VLAN and VPN</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Network sniffing: Wireshark or tcpdump</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Active Directory configuration and administration</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Healthcare Integration knowledge and global standards like HL7, DICOM</li><li style="margin-bottom:8px;margin-left:56px;">Practical knowledge in using 3rd party integration engine like Mirth Connect is preferred </li></ul>In addition, experience in most of the following areas:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">VMWare vSphere core products: ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Storage: FC infrastructure, Disk array design, setup and deployment, storage protocols = FC, NFS, DAS, NAS.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and validation: BackupExec, NAS, Cloud.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with administration of standard service such as: Apache, bind, Directory Server, NTP, NFS or OpenSSL</li></ul><h1 style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:19px;">COMPETENCIES</h1><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Requires experience with personal computer equipment.
