Job Summary We are seeking an experienced DataStage Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions that support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage, data warehousing concepts, and performance optimization within large data environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage • Build scalable data integration solutions for data warehouse and analytics platforms • Develop and optimize complex jobs, sequences, and parallel jobs • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems • Troubleshoot ETL failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders • Ensure data quality, validation, and integrity across pipelines • Participate in code reviews, deployment, and release processes • Create technical documentation and maintain ETL standards Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage • Solid knowledge of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles • Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.) • Understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling preferred) • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ETL processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or arenaflex Cloud Platform) • Knowledge of data governance and data quality tools • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M Apply tot his job
