Job Summary We are seeking an Independent HR Consultant to support our clients in building strong HR foundations that optimize workforce performance, elevate workplace culture, and ensure HR Technology is aligned with operational and business goals. The ideal consultant is strategic, experienced, confident in advisory conversations, and able to deliver practical, data-informed HR solutions. Duties • Project Management • HR Strategy and infrastructure • Talent Acquisition and Retention • Provide expert guidance - Performance Management, Training & Development • Workplace Culture and Leadership Support • Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics using tools like Salesforce and data entry systems to support strategic planning. • Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives Required • Bachelors degree in HR or business related field with 4 or more years of HR Consulting or 8 or more years of HR consultant or strategic HR experience in place of the degree. • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and general employment law • Proficient in HRIS systems, arenaflex Office, arenaflex Suite, and digital • documentation tools • Experience conducting training and advising leadership teams • Ability to analyze HR data and communicate recommendations clearly • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
