Role Description

This role involves managing leased partner network data integration into I-Network (Network Data Management and Exchange System) and supporting various projects and enhancements.

  • Creates requirement documents for GEHA Solutions Inc. projects and enhancements
  • Manages Quality Assurance review of projects and enhancements, providing sign-off for production
  • Collaborates with external I-Network developers and project management team to meet client contractual requirements
  • Manages Data Quality of products delivered to client’s internal claims systems and to file with state regulatory agencies
  • Supports SFTP site for client use
  • Acts as a backup for network analysis for the Marketing Specialist
  • Provides daily support to Business Development and National Accounts to maintain current customer accounts and assist with acquiring new accounts
  • Assists manager with project management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated experience within healthcare industry or data integration
  • Experience analyzing or reporting provider data or related data
  • Analytical, conceptual and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
