Role Description

This role involves driving enterprise growth and shaping the future of healthcare.

  • Lead high-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders, reframing challenges and delivering solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and performance across multiple business units.
  • Sell the full breadth of Carenet’s capabilities—payer, provider, and health services—expanding single-service opportunities into multi-solution partnerships.
  • Build, drive, and convert a high-velocity pipeline, operating as a true hunter while nurturing strategic accounts with intention.
  • Use AI and data-driven insights to sharpen qualification, forecasting, solution design, and pursuit strategy.
  • Earn and maintain trust at the senior-most levels, influencing decisions and navigating complexity to position Carenet as a long-term strategic partner.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise, quota-carrying sales success in healthcare or adjacent markets
  • A proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling across multiple product lines
  • Strength in new logo acquisition and enterprise hunting
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Comfort navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency with Salesforce and modern sales tech (AI-driven tools a strong plus)
  • A strategic, hungry, self-directed mindset with the discipline to execute predictably
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
