About Northern Stay

Northern Stay is building Canada’s modern RV membership network. We sell Lifetime and Seasonal camping memberships to RV families and retirees across Canada.

We are hiring experienced phone closers to convert warm, opt-in leads into paying members.

This is a freelance, commission-only opportunity for professionals who are confident closing high-ticket offers over the phone.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will be speaking with Canadians about camping and RV travel. Every lead:

  • Has opted in
  • Has requested information
  • Is already familiar with Northern Stay
  • Needs guidance, clarity, and confidence to move forward

These are warm conversations, not cold calls.

Compensation

  • 3.8% commission on the total sale value
  • Commission paid on collected revenue
  • No cap on earnings
  • 100% performance-based

Example:

Your income depends entirely on your close rate and volume.

5 sales per month
Approximately $1,000–$1,500

10 sales per month
Approximately $2,000–$3,500

20 sales per month
Approximately $4,000–$7,000

40 sales per month
Approximately $8,000–$13,000+

There is no earning cap. Higher performance and stronger stacking of upgrades directly increase your income.

All leads are warm, opt-in Canadians who have already expressed interest. Your role is to guide them through the decision and close.

If you close consistently, earnings scale with volume.
