Location Atlanta, GA (30345) | 100% On-site

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18.50/hr

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

• Full-time, weekday availability, possible Saturdays as needed

Training begins February 16, 2026

ROLE IMPACT

As a Healthcare Call Center Scheduler, you’ll serve as the voice of care—assisting patients and provider offices with scheduling diagnostic imaging appointments. This role blends healthcare knowledge with strong communication skills to deliver accurate scheduling, compassionate service, and efficient coordination. Your attention to detail and professionalism help ensure every patient receives a seamless and supportive experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm imaging appointments

• Accurately enter and update patient and order information in scheduling and EMR systems

• Communicate clearly with patients and referring providers regarding procedures, prep instructions, and required documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain scheduling accuracy and timeliness

• Handle patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate urgent matters as appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment required

• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting strongly preferred

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Multi-line call center systems

• Healthcare scheduling platforms and EMR/EHR software

• Order management and data entry systems

• Microsoft Office Suite and general office applications

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Proven ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
