About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Global Recruiter based in the Philippines who has strong experience hiring across multiple regions, particularly the United States and the Philippines, and who understands how to source and attract remote talent globally.

This is not an entry-level recruiter role. We are looking for someone who has already worked in a fast-paced recruitment environment, understands how to find high-quality candidates quickly, and can manage the full recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is humble, hungry, and smart. Someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and continuously improves their sourcing strategies.

This is a long-term, part-time / on-call opportunity for someone who wants to work with growing businesses and help build strong remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify high-quality candidates across the U.S., Philippines, and other global remote market
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Indeed to proactively identify qualified candidates
  • Build targeted candidate pipelines for specialized roles including operations, marketing, finance, and technical roles
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess skills, communication, and culture fit
  • Present well-qualified candidates with clear summaries and hiring recommendations
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up communication to ensure strong candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Track candidate progress using ATS systems and maintain organized recruitment documentation
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies and explore new recruiting channels

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or high-volume hiring environments
  • Proven experience hiring globally distributed teams, especially in the U.S. and Philippines
  • Strong hands-on experience using:

- LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Indeed sourcing and job postings

  • Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates for remote roles
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
  • Experience hiring remote talent across different countries
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, E-commerce, or Technical roles
  • Familiarity with ATS tools such as JobAdder, Greenhouse, Lever, or Manatal
  • Previous experience working in agency recruitment or outsourcing environments

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience and expertise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php850.00 - Php1,100.00 per hour
