<br><br><strong>Detailed Primary Responsibilities:<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.</li> <li>Identify and advance new product opportunities through the stage-gate process by analyzing market trends, synthesizing customer insights, and evaluating competitive gaps.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams to optimize product lines and solution portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and company capabilities.</li> <li>Build financial models to justify projects and programs in collaboration with the Finance team.</li> <li>Oversee the financial performance of product lines, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.</li> <li>Ensure product and aftermarket part availability through effective lifecycle management, stocking strategies, and supply chain coordination.</li> <li>Conduct and present global market research, including market sizing, trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer behavior insights.</li> <li>Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications to ensure commercial and technical success.</li> <li>Partner with the sales team to establish and maintain global pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics and value propositions.</li> <li>Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing assets, sales tools, trade show content, and training materials.</li> <li>Drive the execution of growth initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts in collaboration with Marketing Communications.</li> <li>Empower the global sales force with the necessary product training, digital content, and collateral to maximize market impact.</li> </ul> <br><br><strong>Education & Experience: <br><br></strong> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Marketing</li> <li>MBA is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading marketing and sales campaigns.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in an industrial polymer or related business</li> <li>Demonstrated cross-functional project management skills.</li> <li>Experience managing software products is a plus.</li> </ul> <br><br><strong>Other:<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Domestic and international travel up to 30%</li> <li>Participation in video and teleconferences that may occur earlier or later than normal working hours</li> </ul> <br><br><strong>Physical Demands<br><br></strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: <br><br><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
