Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable with a record of strong attendance, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized. You will be trained in multiple departments as needed, as well as completing general labor duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general labor assistance to all departments as needed
  • Must be able to perform manual labor
  • Assist the plant manager with required maintenance that may need performed
  • Operating production equipment
  • Ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Ability to change duties throughout the day
  • Work independently and/or as a team member taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Understand and follow oral instructions

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be motivated and possess a good work ethic
  • Attendance is key - reliable transportation and willingness to work is essential
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion, up to 50 pounds frequently
