Position: General Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Permanent Work-from-Home

Schedule: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a dependable and highly organized General Virtual Assistant to assist with daily administrative operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and help maintain efficient workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and phone communications in a professional manner
  • Arrange meetings and maintain organized calendars
  • Update and maintain contact lists and client records
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and online databases
  • Conduct market research and assist with presentation preparation
  • Address internal administrative requests and concerns
  • Provide customer support as the initial point of contact
  • Organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • Track workflow progress and ensure client expectations are met
  • Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements
  • Generate reports and analyze information for management review
  • Assist in setting individual and team performance goals
  • Prepare monthly and annual performance summaries
  • Complete additional administrative duties when required

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience (Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role)
  • Experience in customer service or the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Familiar with CRM systems, cloud tools, and remote collaboration platforms
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms
  • Knowledgeable in major social media platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
  • Familiar with online scheduling tools such as Google Calendar
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and stay focused in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work well within a team
