The Holiday Inn Express of West Long Branch is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Front Desk Representative to join our award-winning team.

Requirements:


Responsibilities include:

  • Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly but efficient manner
  • Answer all guests’ questions, confirm reservations, and redirect phone calls to appropriate department when necessary
  • Monitor and update records of room availability and guests' accounts
  • Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process
  • Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests accurately
  • Record guest comments or complaints, referring guests to managers as necessary
  • Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary

Compensation and Benefits include:

  • This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified).
  • Full time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).
