Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the management team.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve operational issues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
