Our

PlayLab is a modern play café and edutainment space where play meets learning. We are looking for a warm, responsible, and organized individual who loves children and enjoys creating positive experiences for families.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service AND interacting with kids — not a sit-behind-a-desk job.

What You’ll Do

You are the face of the space. Families should feel welcomed the moment they walk in.

Front Desk & Customer Experience

  • Greet and check-in families
  • Answer questions about memberships, parties & programs
  • Handle bookings, payments and phone/text inquiries
  • Keep front desk organized and tidy
  • Help parents feel comfortable and taken care of

Sales & Communication

  • Explain birthday party packages and programs
  • Recommend add-ons and memberships naturally
  • Follow up with interested parents
  • Build relationships with returning families

Kids Interaction & Activities

  • Supervise play when needed
  • Lead small group activities (crafts, simple dance, games, story time)
  • Support birthday parties and events
  • Help children feel safe and included

Daily Operations

  • Light cleaning & resetting play areas
  • Organizing materials and supplies
  • Preparing craft tables / activity stations

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Is warm, friendly and naturally welcoming
  • Is organized and responsible
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Enjoys talking to parents (not shy)
  • Loves working with children
  • Notices what needs to be done without being told
  • Can multitask in a busy environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • ECE (Early Childhood Education) or currently studying
  • Experience working with kids (daycare, camp, tutoring, programs)
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Comfortable leading simple crafts, games, or dance activities

Schedule

Weekdays approximately 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Occasional weekends / events
