Elegant Staffing is searching for a Staffing Sales Associate with high energy and a positive attitude, with a proven track record of successful sales in and around human resource services.

The Staffing Sales Associate will be required to perform personal research for potential clients in the sectors (but not limited to) below for their Food & Beverage staffing needs:

  • 4/5 Star Hotels.
  • Country Clubs.
  • Retirement Homes/Senior Living.
  • Corporate Offices with Cafeteria Operations.
  • Event Venues.
  • School/Universities.
  • Stadiums.

Elegant Staffing has been in operation for over 25 years, serving the Atlanta metro and surrounding areas, and supporting the food and beverage industry with quality employees.

The Staffing Sales Associate will be self-motivated, with the right attitude/personality to perform the sales job. We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions (No Caps) after each sale/client onboarding.

Staffing Sales Associate:

  • Performs research for leads to onboard new business for the staffing agency.
  • Develop sales presentations with the services we offer.
  • Research hiring managers in the food and beverage sector and plan for establishing relationships.
  • Able to successfully close a sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals outlined by management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate high energy for sales effort, make a sales strategy with clear planning for short-term and long-term sales approach.
  • Be self-motivated and self-directed in executing sales operations that produce results.
  • Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call/visit existing or potential new clients.
  • Adjusts the content of sales presentations by studying competition in the market.
  • Stays on top of monthly sales targets.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on employee pay rates and client bill rates.
  • Recommends changes in service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Conducts weekly quality checks with existing clients.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in and around hospitality Staffing. (required).
  • Willingness and ability to be present at the client’s sites.
  • Thorough understanding of the hospitality staffing process with good knowledge of various employee roles.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Valid driver’s license with own transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Salary: Base Plus Commission (Depending on experience)

Opportunity to work part-time is also available with attractive hourly pay - Must be a result-driven salesperson.

Only short-listed applicants will be required to come for a physical interview at our office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
