We are seeking a motivated, organized, and client-focused Remote Insurance Sales/Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to protect and grow their coverage. Youll engage with clients across auto, home, life, and business lines, while working in a supportive and flexible environment that values your expertise.

  • First-year earnings: $40,000 $60,000+ (base pay plus commission - based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with auto, home, life, and commercial insurance needs
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized customer service
  • Present and sell insurance solutions to new and existing customers
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products
  • Manage policy renewals and review changes with clients
  • Serve as a client liaison during claims and policy changes

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of current insurance experience (Farmers & Kraft Lake Insurance experience is a bonus)
  • Prior commercial insurance sales experience
  • Active California Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license a plus)
  • Proven ability in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, agency management tools (APEX and Policy Center), Microsoft Office, and Adobe documents
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is a bonus
  • A 4-year college degree is highly preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet goals
