In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing customers with the best experience, this is the role for you. With your positive attitude, proactive sales skills, and dedication, you may be a perfect fit for this role.

Base salary starts at $18,000.00 based on experience plus Commission and bonuses.

Requirements



  • Strong communication skills
  • Self motivated
  • Comfortable talking to people daily
  • Sales experience is a plus ( not required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses.
