This is a 10-month position (August-May) with no required teaching or responsibilities during June and July. The ideal candidate will be certified as either a <strong>Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)</strong> or a <strong>Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)</strong> and will primarily teach in an online setting (completely remote).</p> <span class="section-header">Key Responsibilities:</span> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality online instruction to graduate nursing students.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and assess curriculum that aligns with current best practices and industry standards.</li> <li>Support student learning through innovative teaching methods, including virtual classroom engagement, and discussion forums.</li> <li>Assist the team in securing clinical placement for students.</li> <li>Advise and mentor students, fostering their academic and professional growth.</li> <li>Participate in program and curriculum development and continuous improvement efforts.</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues via regularly scheduled and other meetings as needed.</li> <li>Engage in ongoing professional development.</li> <li>Contribute to scholarly activities that support the mission of the institution.</li> <li>Provides GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers.</li> <li>Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values.</li> <li>Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies.
