Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing arenaflex Drive/Docs to store and organize client documents and information * Managing Helpscout, a customer service email platform, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues * Managing and organizing Kajabi, a CRM platform, to track customer interactions and sales data * Managing Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various tools and platforms * Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, which will require you to learn new technologies and tools * Managing arenaflex Connect and arenaflex Play Console to optimize app store presence and performance * Managing Test Flight to ensure smooth app testing and quality assurance **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience in project management or customer service leadership (a plus) * A detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on organization and data management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues * Tech savviness, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools * Intuitive organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability * Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands * Location in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone **Benefits** As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, at any time.
