Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone assistance to Medicaid members and providers. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to our callers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. This is a remote position, and you must live within 50 miles of Richmond, VA, to be considered for this role.
