Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Share your passion and expertise for golf, inspiring and educating customers about arenaflex products and services Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products, services, and events, providing insider information to customers Compare and analyze competitor products, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers Demonstrate empathy and understanding in stressful situations, providing support and solutions to customers Utilize your knowledge of golf club fitting and top component brands to provide expert advice and guidance to customers Engage with customers at their knowledge level, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Essential Qualifications 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the sport and its equipment Knowledge of arenaflex product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers Familiarity with top component brands, including their products and services Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with arenaflex brand and product knowledge Strong communication and typing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in text form (at least 35 wpm) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and live chat software Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Technology Requirements A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time) A stable internet connection (at least 10mbps) Reliable sound output (built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
