Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume conversations (40-50 calls per day) * Identifying and qualifying potential clients who meet our criteria for compensation * Multitasking and utilizing multiple windows to efficiently manage calls and data * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required * Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Monthly retention rates * Upsell and cross-sell rates * Client satisfaction ratings * Average handling time (AHT) * First call resolution (FCR) **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance! * Ability to work 40+ hours per week * Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey * A quiet, distraction-free workspace * Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with: + 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet) * Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432) (average price: $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Results-driven and customer-focused * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume calls * Self-motivated and proactive * Strong team player with a competitive spirit **What We Offer** * Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) * Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture **Work Environment** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
