As a key member of our outreach team, you'll have the opportunity to interact with community members and donors at outreach events, attend in-office meetings to stay up-to-date on client offerings and services, and maintain professionalism and adherence to strict compliance standards when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Interacting with community members and donors at outreach events for our clientele * Attending in-office meetings to stay up-to-date on client offerings and services * Maintaining professionalism and adhering to strict compliance standards when interacting with customers, managers, or members of the community * Attending networking events and/or conferences to further education and expand sales knowledge and skill sets * Tracking personal and team performance using key performance indicators provided during training **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. * **Previous Customer Service or Related Experience**: While previous customer service or related experience is preferred, it's not required.
