Our requirements are simple: * Windows 10 or later operating system * Minimum of 4GB RAM * Wired Ethernet LAN connection * Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) * Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
