You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and educate customers about program benefits and changes. Your excellent communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and accurately identifying and addressing individual customer needs * Handle incoming calls on the arenaflex Rewards Program, including technical troubleshooting steps for activity trackers and the arenaflex App and Myarenaflex.com website * Answer questions on program earnings and points, and educate customers about program benefits and changes * Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations * Assist customers in navigating arenaflexmotion.com and other activity tracker apps * Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within Central or Eastern Time Zone * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a arenaflex approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience * Ability to work our normal business hours of 6:55am – 3:25pm CST.
