Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our passengers, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding service. **What You'll Do** As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions * Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and facilitate smooth transactions * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/sports assigned to ensure timely and accurate resolution * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to facilitate wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, verifying contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What We Offer** As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible remote work arrangement * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work with a diverse and talented team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
