As a part-time remote employee based in Nashville, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our shoppers, and helping us create a world where vision is a fundamental human right. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience. * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. * Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, staying connected and informed throughout the day. * Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, helping us optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth. **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box, always looking for ways to improve and enhance our customer interactions. You're a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to the customer's needs. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to: * Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via arenaflex Meet video calls, where you'll learn about our systems, processes, and culture. * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT. * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season. * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, as well as a laptop and all necessary equipment (provided by arenaflex). * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). **Extra Credit:** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. * Experience working from home, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a virtual setting. **About Us:** At arenaflex, we're on a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
