Job Title: Executive Assistant / High-Level Project Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Preferred: Philippines)
Schedule: Part-Time, 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (Preferred 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST, flexible)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support a high-level executive working with CEOs, startup founders, and senior leaders globally. This role is dynamic and project-focused, requiring strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, track priorities, and move initiatives forward with minimal supervision
  • Create polished, professional presentations and pitch decks using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Conduct lead research and outreach, booking meetings for the executive (no selling required)
  • Communicate confidently with executives and stakeholders via email and video calls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives and handling feedback professionally
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities

Preferred:

  • Located in the Philippines
  • Experience supporting executives, consultants, or business leaders
  • Background in research, project execution, and client-facing communication
