Your Role The Growth Marketing team is in search of a Field and Events Marketing Manager who is data driven, highly organized and brings experience in managing in-person and virtual events tailored to B2B audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup type environment where curiosity and creativity fuel ambition through big bold bets. This role focuses on bringing the Zip brand to life, demonstrating our thought leadership and strategic advantage in the field through in-person events, virtual events such as webinars and other field marketing capacities. You Will You will own creating the experiential events and programs that bring the Zip message to every CFO and Head of Procurement in innovative companies everywhere. Programs will be aligned to regional, segment-specific sales priorities and revenue targets across field events, trade shows, partner programs, and executive programs. We are seeking an energetic events and field marketing expert who has experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to grow sales pipeline. • Manage contracts and negotiations of all in-person and virtual events and content syndication agreements, creating a diversified calendar to arenaflex procurement and finance decision makers across arenaflex industries and business segments • Mange and run event sponsorships across several in-person events, regional sales events/dinners, and webinars per year • Execute pre-event logistics, on-site event setup, and labor management • Monitor performance of executed events. Analyze and rollup insights that the company will use to determine future participation. Share out lessons learned and qualitative/quantitative results of each event including: logistics feedback, lead goals/pipeline impact, competitive and persona intel to share with the broader business and measure ROI • Build post-conference lead nurture strategy working in close alignment with Sales to set expectations, ensure collaboration, and assist with post-show follow up effort, increasing MQL to opportunity conversion rate • Work closely with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, and Content teams to identify speakers, develop sponsored/unsponsored session materials, pre/post nurture streams and other supporting materials to raise awareness and drive success of each event • Project manage the creative development process with creative teams to build effective assets for event promotions and speaker presentations • Create and manage annual collection of swag and giveaway items for in-person events and sales nurture gifts • This position requires travel ~30% of the year pending events schedule Qualifications • 4+ years experience in a B2B SaaS field marketing role • Data and deadline driven with ability to manage multiple projects on your own • Ability to project manage tactical deadlines, while executing high-performing conferences and events • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment • High comfort level communicating with various stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and product • Experience managing conference/events budget including budget planning and reporting • Experience in creating and implementing successful events and programs that generate high value, high intent leads • A guru with details and program management • Experience in event content strategy and copywriting • Willing to travel domestically The salary range for this role is $90,000- $115,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
