We’re Hiring at Project B

Delhi NCR / Noida

Project B is an emerging event management and design studio built on the idea that every gathering should feel personal and thoughtfully crafted. We focus on small, intimate events and build everything from scratch, exploring handmade elements, unique backdrops, and meaningful experiences. We are growing, experimenting, and learning constantly and we’re looking for people who want to build with us from day one.

We are opening two flexible, project based positions, with a 2-month paid trial period

Stipend during trial : ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month

(Potential to grow into a long-term role)

Open Roles

1. Event Planner

Ideation, planning and coordination. Manages timelines, logistics, client needs, vendor conversations and ensures smooth execution on ground.

2. Event Production / Maker & On-ground Organiser

Hands-on build and creation. Works with fabrication and crafting of backdrops, props and installations. Supports final setup and execution.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Creative mindset with strong design thinking
  • Craft and fabrication skills
  • Basic Procreate and Canva preferred
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle intense schedules
  • Ready to travel within Delhi & NCR, attend meetings and work on-ground
  • Proactive, hardworking and solution-oriented
  • English preferred, Hindi helpful
