<p>Job Description:</p><ul><li>Provides leadership in the development and implementation of primary and secondary information systems to meet the Strategic IS Plan. </li><li>Coordinates tactical planning and evaluation of IT systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and integration.</li><li>Identifies and plans IT initiatives to support operational efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Evaluates the use of technology in clinical and business settings to improve safety, quality, and satisfaction. </li><li>Ensures IT solutions meet regulatory and contractual requirements. </li><li>Manages vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements are met. </li><li>Develops and implements cost-effective initiatives for meaningful use of electronic health systems.</li><li>Facilitates standardization of information systems terminology, processes, and content. </li><li>Plans and forecasts budget requirements for hardware, software, and solutions. </li><li>Provides direction and support to maximize the value of clinical systems. </li><li>Monitors and analyzes data to identify trends and barriers in processes and outcomes. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p><ul><li>5 years leadership experience, with a background in clinical management or operational delivery.
